Duties
Supports pre-award and post-award acquisition functions through data entry reviewing reports and researching errors or conflicting information in procurement systems.
Supports technical surveillance, data management and data entry of the Acquisition and Due-In System (ADIS) (J041) Pre and Post award data IAW AFMCMAN64-104.
Researches files, compiles data, formulates information and prepares recurring and special reports, briefings and other documents.
Provide assistance in production surveillance functions by reviewing and controlling the flow of various automated products, maintaining delivery schedule records, obtaining and verifying delivery data, reconciling incompatible information, and reviewing nontechnical information submitted by contractors to evaluate reasons given for actual or anticipated delinquencies.
Performs general (office) procurement technician duties: Prepares time cards, maintains an office calendar and suspense system (workflow), maintains office continuity books. Files office data providing for easy retrieval, using Microsoft share point and outlook.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standards; for additional information refer to the General Schedule (GS) qualifications link, https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/. Position requirements vary dependent upon the specific series and grade, you must meet any minimum experience or training requirements per OPM qualifications standards and show through experience and/or training that you possess the quality level of knowledge, skill and ability necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which applying.
Specialized Experience consist of practical knowledge of federal procurement and contract documentation requirements and procedures related to acquisitions. Knowledge of management analysis techniques and guidelines, ability to plan and organize work to meet deadlines, and ability to gather, analyze and present data in a clear, concise, and informative manner. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, and supplements thereto, processes and procedures to be able to support pre-award and post-award acquisition functions.
