About the Position: Serves as an analyst to develop areas for general human resource functions for CHRA G-6.

Duties

Administer and coordinate data analytics portfolio. Conduct studies and identify trends, risks, and themes based on data collected. Respond to questions resolve problems for staff. Provide advice on all aspects of data analytics. Research content features of different types of software.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology; reviewing administrative guidance and software reports to determine appropriate changes or corrective action required; identifying data required for use in the management and direction of programs; working with systems such as (but not limited to) with PowerBI, Vantage Workspace, ADAVA QLIK or Tableau. Along with Python, DAX or SQL. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Data ManagementResearchTechnical CompetenceWritten Communication Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
