This position is part of the Office of Environmental Management - Carlsbad Field Office, Department of Energy. As a Supervisory Information Technology Program Manager, you will be Supervisory IT Program Management developing, coordinating, and maintaining a comprehensive information technology strategy to facilitate strategic business objectives for the Carlsbad Field Office.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Managing functions across specialized IT functions, which may include cybersecurity, network architecture, project management, data management,systems administration, and policy planning.
NOTE: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-15 level.

Education
IT Competencies: GS-5 through GS-15 (or equivalent): For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
