You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the FMS CASE MANAGER FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST FST SITE LEAD PROGRAM MGMT OFC of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will access a foreign customer acquisition requirement, Case Development Automation Tool (CDAT) Quick look phase and upon acceptance prepare FMS LOA, amendment, modification, within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
You will communicate with higher authority and to maintain effective communications in discussing FMS Customer acquisition and service requirements to a broad range of technical and non-technical personnel
You will deal effectively with higher levels of US, foreign governments, and industry personnel; and the ability to communicate policy changes and gain acceptance and support of throughout the organization.
You will analyze Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and present FMS LOA cost, schedule, and performance to the FMS Customer to ensure all required documentation is complete according to the timeline provided by the FMS Customer.
You will be familiar with regulations and policy pertaining to foreign disclosure and the transfer of technology and technical documentation

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience.
Plan, organize and manage programs involving many widely ranging and varied components of equipment, logistics, maintenance, training, etc.
Lead intercompetency teams executing complex projects.
Participate in program reviews and business discussions with personnel throughout the Navy.
Coordinate all of the functions and disciplines related to the acquisition of the assigned systems/equipment.
