You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Contracting Division at the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific).
Duties
You will collect and analyze pertinent organizational data and information, developing statistical and narrative data to justify changes and recommendations.
You will provide management support services in the areas of cost analysis, annual and multi- long range operational plans, annual work plans, and divisional interoperability plans.
You will interpret regulations and appropriations governing expenditures and impact on programs.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Analyzing organizational data through spreadsheets, graphs and reports; 2) Manipulating data from various Command information systems, (i.e., ieFACMAN suite, Business Management System (BMS), Enterprise Knowledge Management (eKm), Total Workforce Management Services System (TWMS) and eProjects) to monitor work and programs; 3) Preparing and gathering information for data calls, studies, inquiries, and projects to identify problems and recommend solutions; and 4) Evaluating programs and suggesting improvements in areas such as, cost analysis, long range operational plans, work plans and planning processes).
