You will serve as a Logisitics Management Specialist in the G-4 Logistics Division, Transportation Branch of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.
Duties
You will provide maintenance management support (maintenance administration, corrective/preventive maintenance, maintenance production, supply support, and maintenance analysis, etc.) for repair and maintenance of all motorized equipment.
You will review and analyze supply and maintenance data to evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance and supply procedures.
You will assist the Motor Transport Equipment Repair Supervisor with planning, organizing, and coordinating maintenance resources.
You will coordinate with Equipment Repair Supervisor to ensure proper safety procedures are established and followed.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying broad knowledge of general logistics, supply, maintenance and financial processes to analyze the effectiveness of operational programs; 2) Utilizing fleet database or automated maintenance management information systems to manipulate and extract required data; and 3) Analyzing maintenance management procedures, policy and methods for process improvement.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
