You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Public Works Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS.
This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 12.04%. COLA is subject to change without notice.
Duties
You will coordinate and partner with customers to identify, prioritize all facility and utility requirements, including the development, planning, scheduling, acquisition, budget expenditures, execution and oversight of all real property sustainment.
You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including; organization, training, planning, and operations of personnel within the Requirements Branch.
You will manage the work management processes for receiving, inducting, reviewing, planning, assigning, and executing customer work requirements for facilities programs.
You will review customer requests for emergency/urgent/routine service and project work, induct into CMMS (Maximo) database, and provide all pertinent data.
You will convene meetings and intervene with other internal and external organizational units to resolve problems of job status, priorities, milestones, tracking procedures and schedules to eliminate conflict and facilitate timely execution.

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: project management oversight in Facilities Operations to include; identify and prioritize all facility and utility requirements, including the development, planning, scheduling, acquisition, budget expenditures; effectively utilize the Navy's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS -Maximo), manage the work management processes of receiving, planning, assigning, and executing customer work requirements for facilities programs.
