You will serve as a Secretary (Office Automation) in the office of the Director for C4I/CIO within Headquarters (HQ), US Pacific Fleet.
Duties
You will maintain the supervisor's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
You will respond to requests for information concerning command functions programs or activities.
You will arrange for conferences, including such matters as location, schedule, agenda, and attendance list.
You will screen incoming correspondence, publications, regulations, and directives.
You will make all travel arrangements, formulate general itineraries, book hotel reservations, and notify organizations and officials to be visited.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing office automation hardware and software systems to provide general office clerical support preparing, receiving, reviewing, and verifying documents, maintaining office records and typing correspondence to support work within an organization.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
