You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Executive Department of SWFLANT KINGS BAY.

Duties

You will plan, direct, and coordinate the overall goals and objectives of 10 divisions within the SWFLANT Executive Department. You will develop and direct long range planning for the department functional areas to meet mission requirements. You will organize and manage Executive Department workflow and processes, ensuring that Executive Department employees understand their duties and/or delegated tasks. You will ensure Executive Department operations are effective, efficient, and succinct while maintaining maximum productivity and sustainability. You will utilize analytical and problem solving skills and techniques to generate conflict resolution to ensure mission objectives are met or exceeded. You will facilitate communication between department divisions and provide conflict resolution to ensure department and command goals are realized and achieved. You will serve as the SWFLANT Comprehensive Assessment Program (CAP) Manager. You will serve as the SWFLANT’s Command’s Comprehensive Self Assessment (CSA) Manager. You will serve as the SWFLANT’s Civilian Manpower Manager. You will plan, delegate, assign, and direct work and set priorities for work performed by subordinate employees and ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing analytical techniques to lead the development, implementation and improvement of operations for the effective management of executive department programs.
