The House Office Buildings, Painting Branch seeks temporary painters for the upcoming 119th Congressional Transitions. Temporary painters will begin approximately November 2024 and terminate at the conclusion of the project. Since office moves are scheduled six days a week, overtime may be required and will be mandatory. Painters use standard methods and special finishing techniques to perform coating work on furnishings and buildings.

Qualifications
You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the SCREEN OUT required for this position which includes:-Ability to perform the work of a journey-level painter with an appropriate Level of Supervision
