About the Position: This position is located at Reynolds Army Health Center in Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Duties

Initiate basic case management procedures and conducts a preliminary review of Exceptional Family Members documents to determine eligibility for enrollment. Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness. Data entry into various electronic databases and spreadsheets. Coordinate, execute and oversee administrative requirements of program. Identifies, coordinates, and obtains a variety of resources and services for Active Duty family members enrolled in EFMP program. Provide formal training to health care personnel, health care providers, and administrative personnel on EFMP screening, coding and enrollment procedures.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
• Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
• Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
