You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER in the Business and Strategic Planning Office at Detachment Guam of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Duties

You will execute all matters associated with Strategic Availability Planning, work authorization, funds administration, and customer liaison for assigned shipyard production branch. You will control and coordinate planning for ship work and special projects for intermediate level availabilities. You will develop, maintain, and implement uniform policies and procedures to ensure timely and cost effective execution of assigned work. You will develop, manage, and review a branch financial plan and budget for each fiscal year. You will supervise a team of administrative and clerical personnel, including assigning work and setting priorities.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: executing project planning for ship or submarine maintenance availabilities (e.g., workload and resource forecasting, work authorization, financial management/funds administration, and/or customer liaison).
