About the position: This position will be assigned to the RV Lot, Beale AFB, CA.
This position is flexible, not guaranteed hours and does not receive benefits. Can work 0-40 hours per week.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds and satisfactorily complete pre-employment physical exam.
Duties
Responsible for the operation of the recreational vehicle (RV Lot) facility. Plans, organizes, and coordinates storage activities. Establishes financial goals, reviews and evaluates purchases of supplies and equipment. Assists customers with completing paperwork in IAW RV Lot Agreement - explaining the details, fees, contract expiration and payment options. Processes cash and credit card sales. Maintains lots in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This position requires a valid driver's license.
- This position has physical lifting requirement which requires the incumbent to complete a favorable pre-employment physical.
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a drug test with favorable results.
- This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifying Experience:
Must have basic knowledge of supply and resale. Must have cash handling experience. Needs knowlege of the RecTrac software program. Must be able to recieve a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Valid Drivers License is needed.

Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
