In this position, you will serve as a Civil Rights Lead Advisor (Civil Rights Analyst) in New Mexico. Candidate is responsible for evaluating and reporting on Federal enforcement of civil rights laws in a specific subject matter area. In this capacity, the employee investigates and analyzes civil rights enforcement issues and develops and drafts related reports, correspondence, and other written material.

Qualifications

To qualify for this Civil Rights Analyst position at the IC-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Performing multiple facility site inspections for ADA and ABA accessibility and compliance; Managing multiple civil rights related projects, i.e. conducting research, preparing analyses, and reporting out findings to senior level leadership; and Assuring agencies are following implementing Civil Rights laws and regulations.
