You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Pacific Northwest of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will provide project management for all assigned facilities projects.
You will be the primary point of contact for all command occupied facilities, spaces while providing administrative direction to staff in accordance with established
standards, regulations, and policies.
You will direct day-to-day administrative activities.
You will provide project management and customer service, interfacing with Line Codes, Building Managers, POC's, Commercial Contractors, Vendors, and Public Works in support of the execution of all command projects and requirements.
You will ensure project management processes and procedures are followed and have the ability to determine if requested work is sustainment, restoration or modernization.
You will coordinate with the appropriate needed personnel support for projects, safety, environmental, IT, security requirements to ensure they are included
into project scopes.
You will provide performance based metrics and data analytics to management teams and leadership boards on Project Management tasks and Facility Program objectives.
You will keep customers and leadership informed on project status throughout the life cycle.
You will continuously monitor and ensure customer satisfaction with work performed and that projects are completed under budget and delivered on schedule.
You will assist with continual development of the NSWC PHO facilities 5-Year strategic plan by conducting periodic building inspections to capture facility
requirements and submitting the annual project for approval.
You will ensure projects are submitted on time to meet execution agent timeline requirements for acceptance.
You will ensure the site and facility documents are maintained and updated regularly for policy and procedural compliance.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing project execution and providing administrative guidance to ensure adherence to standards and regulations, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver projects on time, while supporting strategic plan development for the improvement or optimization of a facilities program.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M., if related that is related to this position being filled.
