Duties

Evaluate the condition of real property. Evaluate the condition of ammunition infrastructure equipment. Lead the organization's facility operations management team. Plan work priorities for subordinate team members. Coordinate facility programs for the organization. Develop facility contractual requirements for maintenance and construction. Conduct Area Development Planning (ADP) for the organization.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
  • Pre-employment and annual physical examinations are required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • This position is covered by the 1996 Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968. Persons convicted of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence are not eligible for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Ammunition certification IAW AMC-R 350-4 is required within one year of appointment.
