The selectee of this position serves as a Property Management Specialist. You will be responsible for managing the District accountable property program and the District motor vehicle program.
Duties
As a Property Management Specialist at the GS-1101-11 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Maintaining accountable property records. conducting property inventory, disposing property.
Managing motor vehicle fleet.
Conveying information to staff, managers, and customers in writing.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-1101- 11 level, if you fulfill one of the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade GS-09 in the Federal Service performing duties which include the following: 1) Maintain accountable property records; 2) Conduct property inventory and prepare property reports; 3) Properly dispose of excess property in accordance with agency policy and procedure for the assigned district; and 4) Manage a fleet of motor vehicles. OR
B. I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or possession of a LL.M. degree, if related. Graduate level education must demonstrate the competencies necessary to do the work of the position, examples of qualifying fields include Business Administration and Finance. (MUST SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTS) OR
C. I have an appropriate combination of education and experience as listed above (MUST SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTS).
