You will serve as a Program Manager in the Air Wing I & I/EW Effects PRD DIR, F-35, of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will serve as one of the Deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads for the F-35 IPT within the Air Wing Integration and Interoperability and Electronic Warfare Effects Product Line. You will execute the Integrated Product Team’s cost, schedule and performance responsibilities. You will develop and implement tactical plans that allow the F-35 Integrated Product Team to continue to fulfill its mission of providing warfighting capability to the F-35 Fleet. You will continually enhance internal organization processes and infrastructure that support the strategic vision and goals of the Integrated Product Team.

• MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This position is covered under Public Law 114-264, the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act (PMIAA).

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Working with an Integrated Product Team; 2) Executing cost, schedule, and performance responsibilities; 3) Demonstrating knowledge of software systems; 4) Understanding of acquisition process and system engineering principles.
