This position is located within the 149th Logistic Readiness Squadron on Kelly AFB in, San Antonio, TX. The primary purpose of this position is to manage fuel on behalf of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in support of aircraft, motor vehicles, engine test cells, powered Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE), generators and heating systems required to support the Wing mission and transient aircraft. Texas is one of 9 states with NO state income tax.

Qualifications

To qualify at the WG-09 grade level your resume must include relevant experience with beginning and ending dates of employment/experience reflecting the following: Specialized Experience Required Experience or training operating, maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and overhauling fuel systems and components. Experience or training initiating and controlling the movement and storage of fuel supplies by operating high pressure systems with a series of terminals connected by cross-country pipelines or multi-fuel storage and distribution facilities connected by a network of internal pipelines.
