Duties
You will be responsible to execute and maintain financial, administrative, and operational support agreements and permits with PMRF, DoD and other agencies as necessary to support AMDR/ ADRL (advanced radar detection laboratory).
You will perform facilities and program requirement analyses to determine the range resources that are required to satisfy program objectives.
You will act as a liaison with range users and operations personnel to discuss and agree upon the concept of operations, operational parameters, safety, and other details of operational support.
You will coordinate the utilization, control, and support of range resources and ensure the safety and timely execution of all operational requirements that are in line with PMRF obligations.
You will continually review program facility expenditures for the duration of all required range facilities support to ensure the availability of adequate funds to support range obligations.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For GS-11 - Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 level grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
For GS-12 - Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 level grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Education
