This position is located at: The 335th Signal Command (Theater), 335th Mission Support Element, G3/5 in East Point, GA.

Duties
Manage and supervise the execution of the training and operational programs for the organization.
Provide oversight of training plans and programs, fund management, operational planning, readiness, mobilization, and force protection.
Conduct evaluations and inspections to assess training status, compliance, and ensure high training standards are maintained.
Evaluate operational plans, mobilization, security, and intelligence readiness through inspections, staff visits, and analysis of information.
Serve as the primary technical advisor for the training program.
Provide guidance and assistance to personnel on regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and evaluations.
Develop status reports and briefings for management officials.
Establish and maintain coordination with training sources to ensure quality training is available.
Identify training needs and make coordination to provide support.
Supervise and monitor ongoing projects and workload of a full-time staff.
Advise, counsel, or instruct employees on work and administrative matters.
Plans and assigns work to be accomplished.

2) reviewing training plans and evaluating operational readiness of subordinate elements through inspections or review of reports; 3) developing budget projections and/or recommending project funds; 4)and delegating work, providing technical advice and guidance to subordinates. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
