Duties

Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of facilities. Responsible for grounds maintenance and upkeep of facilities; collects and empties garbage cans; pick up trash and debris; cuts and pull weeds; cleans yard or cement area, and cuts grass. Operates government vehicle to drive to and from specific areas on base to perform duties assigned. Moves and arranges furniture; shovels snow from sidewalks; washes and waxes vehicles. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent must pass a pre-employment drug test and is subject to random drug testing.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to drive. If selected for this position, incumbent will be required to provide a copy of their Official Driving Record.
• Must complete a pre-employment physical and able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
