Duties

Serve as a Senior Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) and command expert for US Army TACOM with responsibility for managing all aspects of documenting equipment and MOS authorizations. Provides program oversight to assure timely development of the entire Integrated Product Support (IPS) planning program. Manages the development of the Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data (BOIPFD) and Manpower Requirements Criteria (MARC) Maintains visibility and status of BOIPFD, ASIOE, and Component Major Items (CMI) and ensures compatibility of BOIP/SSN files with both Materiel fielding Plans (MFPs) and data interchange. Manages, directs and monitors equipment and MOS authorization development, type classification/reclassification activities, and the documentation of materiel supportability and acceptability for use. Coordinates with appropriate activities on all associated actions involving configuration control, engineering or re-engineering requirements, developing Statements of Work (SOWs). Plans and establishes both current and long-term objectives for assigned area. Ensures the development and execution of policies and procedures to accomplish the assigned mission.
