Duties

Provides financial and analytical support to assigned team, and appropriate Branch Chief. Develops and updates assigned program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology for analysis of the program quality and effectiveness. Recommends measurable performance indicators for use in evaluating the program and project management effectiveness of the assigned program mission. Provides advice about work methods, practices and procedures, and assists the team and/or individual members with identification of the parameters for a viable solution

Ability to compile and submit reports and programming data concerning Civil Works and Military projects in preauthorization, post-authorization and construction phases.
