About the Position: This position is located at Fort Riley, KS. - Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. - Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

Coordinate training and performs duties in accordance with established policies. Establish and maintain a short term and yearly master training and tasking calendar/schedule. Processes, analyzes, and disseminates information to effected personnel. Determines changes, additions, improvements and innovations required to meet optimum medical and Regular Army training readiness objectives. Responsible for maintaining the systems, training requirements, and accreditation to operate the CPOF.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service (Clerical/Technical)Information ManagementTechnical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
