About the position: This position will be assigned to the Food and Beverage Operations on Ellsworth AFB. This position is considered regular part time. You are guaranteed 20 hours, however could work up to 40 hours per week. Must meet the minimum age required for working with and/or serving alcoholic beverages. This position qualifies for a recruitment and retention program incentive.

Duties

Performs a full range of simple cooking tasks by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing. Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing; assembles ingredients for regular menu items; washes and cleans kitchen equipment and utensils. Performs other related duties as assigned to include operating the cash register and preparing documentation for cash funds accountability. Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
