What are we looking for?A minimum of four years of experience that demonstrates knowledge and experience in applying the principles, methods, techniques and theories of field engineering as well as all phases of project planning and estimating so as to oversee the management and administration of various construction and renovation projects.Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university that led to a degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.Must possess knowledge of various construction trades and building codes in order to identify work to be accomplished through accepted trade practices.Knowledge of the design and construction project process to include all phases of design, coordination and integration of all construction activities, and judicious allocation of available resources.Must have the ability to manage construction projects and strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.Ability to communicate orally and in writing.Must possess and maintain a valid driver¿s license.
