This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. The incumbent serves as the facility manager and project manager, having full responsibility for the successful accomplishment of the facility, facility security operations and maintenance program (i.e., operation, maintenance, repairs and upgrades for the complete facility infrastructure and grounds).

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of experience at the GS-11 level in the federal service or equivalent that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must include the following: Performing contract administrator duties such as creating and reviewing performance work statements, ensuring contract work, data and reporting requirements are met, following up with contracted companies on elevated issues, and/or managing onsite contractors. AND Coordinating and/or managing service providers.
