You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST for the Department of Navy at NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.

Duties

You will analyze budget revisions to determine the effects on a program. You will present findings (potential problem areas, trends, accomplishments) to managers. You will prepare budgetary documentation or reports based on program analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Performing functions involving formation, justification, and reporting for various funding programs within an organization; 2) Explaining execution of funding to upper management/leadership personnel; and 3) Working with others to gather the necessary documentation for funding requests. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
