Mandatory Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of intelligence analysis and production.
Extensive ability to develop complex written products, as well as the ability to brief counterparts and senior officials on those products, answer detailed questions, and provide supporting information.
Extensive ability to maintain and develop effective working relationships with counterparts and more senior staff in the IC for the purpose of sharing information.
Extensive knowledge of the ODNI and larger IC mission, operations, tradecraft, capabilities, and requirements.

Comprehensive knowledge of relationships and interrelationships in the IC, including Crisis/operations center with 24-hour/7-day responsibilities.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex information to all levels of management.
Outstanding interpersonal and organization skills, including ability to manage competing priorities under strict guidelines while maintaining superior customer service.
Ability to work rotating shifts of 12.5 hours in a fast-paced demanding environment.
But it's shift work, isn't it? Yes, but have you considered that you'll …
Work less but get paid more. Only work 7 days every 2 week pay-period (instead of 9 or 10).
Night Differential, Sunday Premium, and Holiday Worked hours add up. If you have enough leave saved up, you can take every 5th week off.
Where else at NCTC can you do that?
Fight traffic only 5 times a month, rather than all week. Some of our OOs have worked in the Ops Center for years because they never want to go back to fighting traffic every day. Find out what you're missing.
Have days off during the week. Avoid the lines at Tysons, Costco, and your other favorite locations by shopping mid-day when they're empty because everyone else is "at work."
Be able to leave work at work. Really. When your shift is over, you go home confident that your replacement can pick up where you left off. There's no stress of "being behind" or coming in on weekends to "catch up."
