You will serve as a EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will maintain data for the maintainability and supportability of all levels of equipment maintenance.
You will gather and maintain data quality inspections and certificates to review and identify where corrective action is needed
You will liaise between team and managers to resolve equipment issues

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1)Utilize Microsoft Office, virtual meeting applications (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and professional utilization of basic computer software applications. 2) Prepares draft/final correspondence explaining technical requirements and actions proposed to solve problems. Performs equipment inspections and develops statements of work. 3) coordinate with Contracting Office all technical documents (Electronic Contract Request) needed for equipment repaired at government and/or contractor families. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Civil Engineer Support Equipment (CESE) life cycle, including programing replacements, both scheduled preventative maintenance, interim repairs and over haul. 4) Serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
