As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.This position is in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Program Management Organization (PMO).

Duties

This position is in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Program Management Organization (PMO). The PMO provides program and acquisition management for the systems and capabilities that modernize and sustain the National Airspace System (NAS) to advance NAS programs from concept to operation while providing technical support for air traffic control automation and decision support systems. If selected, you may be assigned to one of the following organizations within the PMO: Integrated Services and Analysis, AJM-1; Air Traffic Systems, AJM-2; Enterprise Services, AJM-3; and Surveillance Services Directorate, AJM-4.

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
• Designated or Random Drug Testing required.
• Multiple vacancies to be filled in selected duty locations.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-J, FG/GS-14 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE IS DEFINED AS:Experience applying program management principles and practices to develop new programs and organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
