Duties
You will conduct internal financial analysis/reviews within the Division to evaluate compliance with current directives and regulations.
You will prepare analytical reports which encompass purpose, background, detailed findings, and recommendations with documentation to support findings and conclusions for analyzed sections, programs, and functions.
You will compile, evaluate and report all direct and indirect costs associated with TMDE operations and programs.
You will perform long-range planning and analysis relative to the use and identification of resources (facilities, manpower, equipment, etc.) required to support the TMDE Division’s objectives and mission.
You will develop yearly budget requirements in support of TMDE programs.
You will encourage the use of best business practices and work as part of a team to accomplish tasks in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Education
You may also qualify with the following education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree
OR
LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
