This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA HC/HYBRID CLOUD BROKER OFFICE (HC423). Salary will be set per Duty station.

Duties

The incumbent has experience in the area of marketing, sales, and customer engagement. The incumbent assists with engagements, operations, procurement, financial, and personnel issues within the branch. In addition to the overall running of the branch the Branch Chief is responsible for providing guidance and leadership in numerous areas within the office. The incumbent develops and manages plans and policies for operations and maintenance of their branch and the office. The Branch Chief is required to have strong customer engagement, marketing, and sales related skills and experience.

• This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
