You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist (Target Analyst Reporter) in the 104 Combat Mission Team of NAVY INFORMATION OPERATIONS COMMAND GA.
All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Duties
You will utilize expertise in a variety of SIGINT resources and computer networks to identify, analyze, and report intelligence that satisfy commander's Primary Intelligence requirements (PIRs).
You will utilize extensive knowledge and use of National Security Agency signals intelligence (SIGINT) analytic tools and signals intelligence (SIGINT) reporting polices.
You will convey complex operational, technical, and/or political-military concepts; develops and effectively employs multimedia presentations to this end.
You will evaluate, interpret, and integrate all-source intelligence and open source information into top-level assessments.
You will coordinate effectively with foreign counterparts.
You will produce expert level briefings and written products to a wide variety of high level audiences.
You will demonstrate knowledge of intelligence collection, collation, research, and production and their respect roles in Service level intelligence.
You will apply extensive knowledge of research methodologies and analytical techniques and/or collection management systems to complex work assignments.
You will evaluate and integrate all-source intelligence information to produce/contribute to tailored intelligence products in response to customer requirements.
You will interact with senior intelligence community/industry/other analysts and/or experts in assigned discipline(s)/focus area(s).
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You must acknowledge in writing that you are accepting an appointment in the DCIPS (excepted service) which does not confer competitive status, prior to appointment.
- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.

- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a 2-Year DCIPS trial period.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Utilizing a variety of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) resources and/or digital network-derived information to identify, analyze, and report intelligence that satisfies Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). 2. Utilizing a variety of Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) resources to draft, assist in the development of, and/or interpret network diagram information.
3. Evaluating and integrating all-source intelligence information to produce/contribute to tailored intelligence products in response to customer requirements. 4. Producing and delivering intelligence briefings and written intelligence products to a variety of audiences.
