About the Position: Serves as the Program Manager (BOID) the Directorate of Public Works directing the Work Management, Budget and Systems Branches with oversight of the day-to-day operations to plan, direct, coordinate and review work processes to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the division.

Duties

Manage the work processes of the division with direct supervisory responsibility of the Budget, Work Management and Systems Branches. Oversee the administration, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the DPW annual budget, which includes approximately $200M in direct (pay and non-pay) and reimbursable funds. Coordinate the process of identification of systems required to provide DPW management at all levels with information required to make accurate assessments of the state of real property facilities. Administer contracts within delegated authorities including conduct of quality assurance and surveillance/evaluation of contractor performance. Exercise delegated supervisory authorities over the personnel engaged in budget, work management, logistics and systems functions for the organization.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012.
  • Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450.
