As a PBS Program Specialist, you will serve as a Repair and Alterations Program Specialist providing a wide range of programmatic expertise and guidance on the accomplishment of capital improvements and other major renovations impacting facilities under the Region's jurisdiction. Location of position: GSA, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement Division, in Region 8. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Qualifications

This experience must include asset performance analysis; recommending and evaluating repair and alternation projects and building programs; analyzing financial performance and investment alternatives; and participating on and/or leading an asset planning team.
