This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Accountability Systems and Compliance Division. As a Final Verifier, you will be receiving, verifying, controlling, and processing obsolete and mutilated accountable paper items received from various Bureau components prior to their destruction and performing cycle count inventories of spare parts, repair parts, and production support material and consumables.
Duties
As a Final Verifier, you will:
Perform final verification processes such as final count verification of test and mutilated currency sheets; observation of counting of mutilated currency; blind counts of individual units, packaged items, partial sheets and whole sheets of securities; certification of accurate count of package contents, individual packages, and units within a package; and security cancellations, certification of partially printed securities, mending of torn securities, and verification that no portions of securities are missing.
Check recorded quantities, lot/job/item numbers, and denominations for accuracy as well as prepare and submit daily reports recording results of verification actions taken.
Perform transactions in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) related to the reporting of the accountability of products processed through the Section as product receiving, verification and transfer to the Office of Security.
Perform cycle count inventories of spare parts, repair parts, production support material, and consumables.
Qualifications

You must meet the screen-out element, Ability to Provide Production Support Services, normally addressed at the beginning of the online questions.
