Serves as an Information Technology Program Manager and Technical Advisor in Enterprise Architecture and Requirements Directorate, DMA Mission Support Component, and is responsible for control including cost estimating, license management, contracting officer technical representative duties and acquisition support.
Duties
This position is being filled under the memorandum from the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD(P&R)) "Expansion of Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense," dated June 23, 2023.
As a IT PROGRAM MANAGER (PLCYPLN/ENTARCH) at the GS-2210-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Serves as an Information Technology Program Manager and Technical Advisor in Enterprise Architecture and Requirements directorate, DMA Mission Support.
Serves as a Systems Program Manager, senior engineer, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for exercising broad program management responsibilities associated with the design, implementation and availability of IT infrastructure, systems and applications, specifically for DOD365-J and DOD365-SEC.
Responsible for control including cost estimating, license management, contracting officer technical representative duties and acquisition support.
Performs liaison responsibilities with DISA, Microsoft, and other activities/agencies as deemed necessary.
Develops and coordinates plans and activities across agencies to effectively develop and operate critical releases to DMA.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
Manage and oversee Agency implementation of Microsoft 365, and Business Suite of tools.
Build workflow and performance indicators within the Microsoft Business Tools (Power BI, etc.).
Manage and operate Agency-level Sharepoint resources within the Microsoft 0365 environment.
Work with Stakeholders to translate current business operations into workflows supported within Microsoft 365.
