The duty station of these positions will be assigned at the time of a job offer and pay will be set in accordance with the duty station. Any on-site requirements will be determined by the duty station assigned upon selection.
Duties
Serves as Offices forms management coordinator and approves consolidated requirements for forms and publications.
Researches, prepares and submits all Requirements Analysis for ADP and communications needs within the office.
Conducts reviews of accountable property and provides pertinent data to management.
Verifies telephone directory concerning incoming and outgoing long distance calls.

- Time after Competitive Appointment: Candidates must have served 3 months after latest competitive appointment in the Federal service.

Qualifications
GS-6
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-5) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized Experience: experience providing administrative, technical and office automation support duties in support of the supervisor and office staff performing duties such as: preparing correspondence; making travel arrangements; providing support and assistance on security and/or safety programs; assisting staff with access to appropriate systems; utilizing office automation to create, retrieve, update, manipulate and store electronic data; or preparing, editing and formatting documents and reports.
GS-7
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-6) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as: Experience providing administrative, technical and general office support duties to an organization. Examples of Specialized Experience include: Works with customers to assess their needs and provide information or assistance; reviews travel orders and vouchers for personnel; uses an automated time and attendance system to perform timekeeping administration functions for an organization; maintains supporting documentation for organizational functions.
Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. To be considered for the GS-6, applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-5 or higher in the Federal service. To be considered for the GS-7, applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-6 or higher in the Federal service.
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
Education
GS-06 Substitution of Education for Experience: Six months of graduate education may be substituted to meet the specialized experience required when it is directly related to the work of the position being filled.

GS-07 (1-grade interval) Substitution of Education for Experience: One full year of graduate level education may be substituted to meet the specialized experience required when it is directly related to the work of the position being filled. Equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate level education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements.
