You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Center Director's Office. You will identify opportunities for improvement and assist in strategic planning for the Center Director, Deputy Director and Associate Directors.
Duties
Collaborates closely with leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals and ensure effective implementation.
Participates in strategic planning related to development initiatives.
Provides data management and analysis to support organization decision-making and process improvement. Oversees data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy.
Analyzes internal operations, reports on organization budgets, and analyzes budgetary requirements to integrate into budget formulation activities.
Serves as the “Ask Me Anything” board contact who conducts thorough research to provide accurate and timely answers to employee inquiries by utilizing internal resources, databases, and external sources to gather relevant information.
Prepares correspondence and signature packages for individuals and groups across the Kennedy Space Center while adhering to NASA Correspondence Management and Communications Standards and Style (NPR 1450.10D).

- Current Federal employees must meet qualifications, time in grade, and 90 days after competitive appointment requirements by the closing date of the announcement.
Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-12, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level:
Providing guidance in interpreting applicable regulations, policies, guidance, and office procedures;
Preparing reports on organization budgets and analyzing budgetary requirements;
Supporting senior leadership with data collection and data analysis; and
Creating reports, presentations, and/or spreadsheets to identify process improvements.
