About the Position: Position may be filled as a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE) 5 years by a current permanent Army employee. Position may be made permanent without further competition.

Duties
Serve as the Installation administrative management program manager for Publications, FOIA, Privacy Act, and ARIMS.
Manage the installation Official Mail Program and the Official Mail and Distribution Center.
Supervise employees at the Official Mail and Distribution Center and Program Support Office.
Complete requests pertaining to the Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act.
Oversee the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) and provide training.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
- Term employment is subject to a one-year trial period. Employees serving a trial period can be removed with limited appeal rights.
- This is an obligated position.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:
(1) Assist with the development and/or revisions to current organizational policies and procedures.
(2) Providing advice to senior leaders regarding administrative programs, such as, Records Management, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Publications, and official mail.
(3) Assess training requirements for employees on organizational policies, procedures, and/or records management.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
