Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- This position is subject to a pre-employment and annual physical.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain completion of the US Army UH-60A/L Maintenance Test Pilot Course.
- This position has been identified as a testing designated position IAW AR-600-85.
- Incumbent is required to be screened under the Civilian Drug Abuse Testing Program.
- Periodic urinalysis will be required to test for drug abuse. Incumbent must also sign DA Form 5019-R, "Condition of Employment".
- Failure to submit specimen or sign form will result in incumbent being subject to adverse action proceedings IAW appropriate regulations.
Qualifications
This announcement uses the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service.

Selective Placement Factors: Applicants will need to meet the Selective Placement Factors at the time of the application process. Applicants will need to submit copy of their certificate along with the application.
NH-03 Level Position: Must be a Graduate of the US Army UH-60A/L Qualification Course. This is required for the NH-03 level. (Must submit a copy of the certificate with your application package.)
