You will serve as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the FRCSE Jacksonville of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will analyze acceptance criteria to ensure that overall quality requirements are identified
You will lead investigations to determine facts, cause, and corrective or preventive actions required to resolve quality issues and problems
You will conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections to verify aircraft conditions
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires rotating shift work.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
Planning and developing plans, procedures, instructions, and techniques for implementing and maintaining the requirements for a viable quality assurance program while modifying existing instructions and procedures when necessary
Providing recommendations concerning action requests and proposed instructions to ensure divisional responsibilities are performed in the most effective way
Documenting deviations from quality standards and performs follow-ups to ensure corrective action has been taken to correct the defect and to prevent recurrence
Demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing; and the ability reason quantitatively

1 full year of graduate level education
or
superior academic achievement
