Duties

Develop and execute program/project requirements and plans. Develop communication strategies and plans to ensure consistent messaging and effective dissemination of information. Develop and enforce policies, practices and procedures regarding data management, quality, governance, analytics, analysis, privacy and other critical data functions to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and in line with best practices. Use strategic vision, communication, decision making, team building and other leadership skills to ensure successful implementation of ACF Data Strategy

Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Minimum Qualification requirements as noted below. Minimum Qualifications: GS-15: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the duties listed below: Applying advanced data analytics, data science, data management, and data governance principles to support organizational decision-making through data-informed insights; Driving organizational change and strategic initiatives relevant for the success of an organization's data strategy; Ensuring the Agency follows data management and governance best practices, including establishing effective procedures, standards, and controls to ensure quality, accuracy, transparency, and privacy of data.
