This position is with the Small Business Administration, Office of the Chief Information Officer in Euless, TX . The incumbent serves as the Workforce Development Chief for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Mission Support Program and reports directly to the Director of the Resource Management Office (RMO).
Duties
This position is ONLY open to surplus and displaced Small Business Administration employees eligible for the Career Transition Assistance Program (CTAP); displaced Federal employees in the local commuting area eligible for the Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP); and VEOA eligibles.
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen
- You must successfully complete a background investigation.
- You may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
- You may be required to serve a one year supervisory probationary period.
Qualifications
GS-15
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service) obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following tasks:
1) Manage and perform budget execution and analysis to justify program plans and funding; AND
2) Assist in the development and monitoring of budgetary and planning needs; AND
3) Plan and organize activities for data collection and systems integration; AND
4) Plan and schedule work to be accomplished by subordinates (i.e., sets and adjusts short-term priorities; assigns work in consideration of employee skills and mission requirements).
