Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following to qualify for the GS-9 level: Possess 1-year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Examples include: Experience that provided a knowledge of the practices and procedures related to property management, maintenance, materials requirements, and building operation and repair. This experience may have been gained in work such as budget or report preparation, maintenance of property and financial records, or trades or crafts work requiring technical knowledge or judgment. **OR Possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree in a major study field such as engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration. **OR Possess a combination of appropriate specialized experience (as described above) and graduate education (as described above) that is beyond the first year of progressive graduate study to meet the qualification requirements. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements for the position by the closing date of the announcement.
