This position is located in the Court Reporting Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The Supervisor - Court Reporters is responsible for providing supervision to the Official Court Reporter staff.

- A probationary period of one (1) year must be successfully completed.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or GED plus seven (7) years of court reporting experience in a court reporting environment; court setting, freelance setting or quasi-judicial organization that is commensurate with the size and complexity of the Court Reporting Division at the DC Courts and a minimum of two (2) years as a supervisor.
EDUCATION SUBSTITUTION: Bachelor's degree and graduation from a National Court Reports Association (NCRA) accredited court reporting program, plus five (5) years of court reporting experience in a court reporting environment; court setting, freelance setting or quasi-judicial organization that is commensurate with the size and complexity of the Court Reporting Division at the DC Courts and a minimum of two (2) years as a supervisor.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Oracle and Windows based operating systems.
