You will serve as a FACILITY SERVICES ASSISTANT of RECRUIT TRAINING COMMAND.
Salary Range for GS-06: $49,249.00 - $64,026.00
Salary Range for GS-07: $54,728.00 - $71,148.00
Duties
You will initiate maintenance work orders and repair requests into an automated tracking system.
You will conduct quality assurance inspections of assigned facilities/building, identifying maintenance or cleaning requirements.
You will maintain records to prepare reports or provide requested information to prepare annual long-range maintenance plans.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
GS-07
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring facility operations and maintenance according to established procedures; 2) Maintaining records to prepare reports or provide requested information; and 3) Entering maintenance and repair requests for facilities into an automated tracking system.
GS-06
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Completing forms and correspondence to support a variety of requests (e.g., repair requests, facility use requests); 2) Maintaining records on facility equipment and supplies; and 3) Assisting with submitting repair requests into an automated tracking system.
