About the Position: This is a Supervisory Interdisciplinary GS-XXXX-13 position with the USACE Little Rock District, Operations Division. This position is located at the Millwood Tri-Lakes Project Office located in Ashdown, AR.

Duties

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the execution of programs at a water resource project subject to numerous problems that are complex and require extensive coordination. Development of the Operational Management Plans Preparation of multi-million dollar combined annual budget Develops Operation and Maintenance Plans for all project facilities Participates in design review conferences to identify problems and take corrective action Determines goals, priorities, resource needs and organizational structure for natural resources, park facilities, flood control structures, dam, environmental missions. Reviews and evaluated field data and reports concerning resource development Supervises all aspects of the work of subordinate employees, interviews candidates, provides counsel, resolves conflicts, and identifies training needs
